i think she sings it twice because Andre wanted to make an impression. i mean, why have her on stage for just for two minutes, song ends, kicks her off? she has a beautiful voice coupled with a wonderful orchestra, why not show them off a bit and repeat it, leave the audience with that sweeping feeling in their stomach?

Brings tears to my eyes, the beautiful and elegant Carmen Monarcha along with Andre Rieu and orchestra make in my opinion the best version of this song and many others. Simply breath taking, Bravo
