You better hope that whatever you have to shoot for "survival" you kill with the first shot. Because if you miss or don't kill whatever it is you are shooting at, you're going to have to go find the damn gun!

@sharpie443 I agree completely...it's just a novelty item. I'd take it a step further and say that the Derringer design itself is completely useless in today's world. One can carry a PPK or Ruger LCP and have much better firepower and accuracy.
