What do you mean it hurts You must do it correctly is fine if you hear your bones a little but i don't think it supposed to hurt @claudiacloclo1

been following all of nicoles videos for nearly three weeks.. i'm already seeing results.. along with better diet i'm getting fitter stronger and believe it or not getting a little 4 pack.... (6 pack may take a little longer)

I have arthritis moving in the morning is sometimes kinda achie and slow. I did this to help with circulation =) feeling good......and off to work. thanks
