@gokellie I am using opalescence tooth whitening system 10% for 2 months. ( I made some breaks between tht time) But I am not satisfied enough. my teeths went whiter but not white enough for me, so I ordered 15% because my dentalist said it really damages the dental enamel if I use 20% or more ;p I am from europe and because it's really expensive ( I paid 320$ for toothed rack and 4injections) I just want to ask you if you really felt a teeth pain or sth like this.

@natoshiii No, I have never felt any tooth sensitivity with this. I have used other teeth whitening products (my sister is a dental assistant & used to get me some stuff) & I had sensitivity with some of the stuff she used to get me years ago...but not anything with this stuff. My husband uses it too and he's never had any discomfort. It also depends on your teeth. Some people's teeth are more sensitive than others.

I just want to say that I used Plus White and used it for 2 weeks as it says on the package and I didnt really see a differene in the shade of my teeth. I stopped using it because I found that my teeth were shaped different like getting triangle, pentagon, circular, octagon, and hexagon teeth and it like ate away at my teeth somehow. They are different in size. It's not supposed to do that. But I guess it just doesn't work for me. Maybe some it will work for!

Sorry to hear that. It worked well for both my kids but maybe everyone's teeth are different.

Maybe try the other method? Since it is dentist "grade", it probably works for most people and you can't beat the price.

I have a Question! what if you dont use a mold / tray for your teeth? would that have any effect on the desired results? I am using cotton on my gums to lift my lips, and apply the product evenly throught my teeth. Mouth guards make me gag, and a fitted mold from the dentist its just too expensive where I live. Any thoughts on that?

I got the 20% from Opalescence and i got great results, with the 20% you can whiten at night for up to 10 hours, so I escentially would use half a syringe a night, for two weeks, I whitened 8 times throughout these two weeks, so every other night. and at the end of it my teeth were super white, if you wanna check it out, go to my channel, and check out my Tooth whitening video!

I have the same thing at home... I went to my dentist and payed only 80€ / 110$ for it. I have 20% carbamide paroxide and I have to put it on my teeth overnight for about 7-10 hours and I have to admit that really works after only one try. But it depents how strong gel you have. If you use 10%, 10%PF, 15%PF and 20%PF than you have to put it overnight for about 7 - 10 hours. If you have 35%PF gel than you have it 30min - 1 hour.

i use opalescence that I buy off the internet and its works GREAT!! I also buy the molds from the sporting good store and i cut them down to fit my mouth perfect. A cheap alternative to going to the dentist and getting custom trays. I usually only have to bleach once a year as I keep my teeth clean by going for cleanings twice a year. Great product though. Crest white strips also worked REALLY well for me but they hurt my teeth, BAD!! I use the 35% opalesence and it does not hurt at all

@xochellieox Yes my sister told me she used Plus White too and it put a dark damage spot on her gums she has even to this day 10 years later!!
