I really hate to find out I am one of those people that always has to go against the general public. Most people of today are crazy about Jennifer Hudson and her interpretation and yes she is great and all. BUT there is no way Hudson could even come close to this legend and how she originated this role. Bravo Ms. Holliday!

this was the first broadway show I ever saw,(couldn't get tickets for Cats lol) i remember the feeling I had during her show stoppers. that I had never seen talent like that live right in front of me. I kept tearing up, the beauty of her voice made me very emotional , couldn't explain it but it was wonderful.
