Kerry Marsh & Julia Dollison Sing the Music of Maria Schneider

Visit kerrymarsh.artistshare.com to learn much more about this unique project through ArtistShare, in which Marsh and Dollison will multitrack their voices singing the original jazz orchestra parts for six of Grammy-Winner Maria Schneider's beautiful compositions. In this video is a demonstration example of how the recordings will sound, although the final project (set to be delivered in Feb. 2010) will be done much more meticulously and with an all-star rhythm section including Geoffrey Keezer!

This ArtistShare project allows fans to participate in the creation of a new CD through purchasing one of a selection of different Participant Offers, earning the participant access to a large amount of extra audio, video and news journal content throughout the year of the album's creation. In this way, fans can help fund the project from the beginning, witnessing, in great detail and a variety of ways, the creative process.
