Not at 1965 'Ford Shelby Cobra'. Judging by the side marker lights and 3 windscreen wipers it's actually an AC Cobra MkIV from the 1980s, which used the 302 Ford V8. Not as valuable as 60s Cobras, but with only around 350 built (using the original Cobra tooling) it's still a rare and sought after car.

My dad and I are building one right now and everything is new, it will cost about 75K$ but with 538hp...
Someone helps us and he have its own and he got every parts from a mustang donor and his car is about 35-40k$

The replica should cost like 50k, because chasis costs like 30k(original, of couse ;D)
