@UpskirtPower Yes, you must pay to create anything or play the UFG tracks offline, however, you can download and race any Arctic theme track offline(to my knowledge) and can play any arctic track a host picks while online. So buying the pack only gives you access to the added career and creation tools.

@IvoYaridovich did they make loading time faster yet on the ps3? havent play for a long time. ps3 no work.

@UpskirtPower Kinda. They did a patch that made it a little better, but personally if you're impatient then I don't think Create Play Share games are for you. None of the ones I've played have been quick in the loading department ^^;
