Rich Dad Education is Scam

Rich Dad 3 Day Real Estate Seminar is garbage. I just took the seminar 4/30 - 5/2 and it was just one big upsell for you to spend $44,000 in advanced courses.

If you want to waste your money ($500-$995), then waste more money on upsells $10,000 - $44,000) - please do attend.

The seminar is run kind of like a cult meeting with the speaker (who is well-trained, by the way) to set up the whole pitch from the first moment.

I will explain later in a power point presentation - because that's how pissed I am at how crappy this seminar is.

PS: I know a lot of rich dad fanboys/girls will come out of the woodworks and leave some comments on how I don't get it or how they can't teach everything in 3 days or blah blah blah.

Trust me, I have every rich dad book as well as both of the cash flow games. I used to be a realtor. I run a successful business about to open two more this year.

I DO get it.

This whole rich dad education thing is garbage and I have lost all trust in kiyosaki and his snake oil salesmen group. Anyways, enjoy.

IN Connecticut you MUST have a real estate license to sell real estate you cannott get your licenseunless you attend aprox 60n hours by AN ACTREDITED by the STATE of CT school such as scala on main street in bpt a reputible school with a long history thanks 4 this vid although Robert kyosaki's actual books are excellent this "course" is just a scam

Read his books they are FREE at your local library and contain valuable principles

You can not sell real estate in the state of Florida unless you own it or you have agreement with the sellers to sell it and that person must have a real estate license!!!!!You must own the property first in the state of Florida in order to sell it to someone else.YOU CAN NOT MAKE OFFER ON PROPERTY AND THAN FIND A HIGHER PAYING BUYER AND SELL TO THAT PERSON YOURSELF THIS IS ILLEGAL IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA!!!! @TurnerHoldingsLLC We go home(you can negoatie price)...and I start, get my first whole done(rural area) in 8 months after 299.99 smeniar(I was a lil timid) , then meet up with others who took class'es 20k and 50 k classe's they flip and owner fiance about 5-10 houses a year at 15k min profit and 20 min profit. There abnking 150k-200k just in real estate..no experience before hand. Its worth it.

@TurnerHoldingsLLC We learned about, more advanced ways of marketing and valuing real etsate, such as land devlopment. Then comes the "group" do you have what it takes sell on the large packages 5k-150k package. That's what doctors and dentist pay for their education so it didn't bother me. Any way...I (only had my bro who paid for the seminar and lodging who only had 4 k in credit) with me so, I asked the mentors Do i have everything I need to start, they said yes.

@TurnerHoldingsLLC oh whole saling, flipping, owner financing, scripts, how to market, becoming the bank, all kinds of goodies, that you don't find in any other academic seminar. Then they tell you how to fix your credit and raise your credit limit. This is for two reasons, to show you how to negotiate/show you how much free money is out there and of course to upsell you on the large packages :). So they give you the cataloge brouchure, tell you to think about it. 3rd day comes along.

(Let me tell you the whole truth) I went to the free seminar... they show what you can do with the 995.00 seminar, of course it was 299.99 that day only!!. That's ok I used my credit card OPM to get my edu(hint I didn't pay it back, an investor backed me). So I went to the 3 day seminar for 299.99, it was a posh place. day 1 was training on real estate market trends and the differences between markets (wont find it in any other program).. Day two I have 7 note books filled with everything I need
