I know there is a lot of controversy about yoga competition, but it's more like a ballet audition than UFC match. Plus, it's a great way for people to observe others performing asanas at such a high skill level. No doubt, Bikram has brought yoga to a new level of exposure in the US, even though not all people agree with his approach.

I like the Bikram sequence and I practice at home in normal room temperature and I have found great benefits. Amazing sequence.

This was filmed at Funky Door Yoga in the bay area right? I've taken classes there-if you are in the bay area I would definitely recommend this studio. I've actually taken classes with all of the teachers in this video, and they are best instructors that I've ever taken classes with (all are very helpful and approachable). Great video about Bikram yoga, gave good general description of Bikram yoga.

It's a great video. I've just been giving yoga a go and like that world champion girl, I've found happiness like never before in only a couple of weeks.
