Since when is education an issue for girls? More women go to college and receive more BA's, MBA's, and PHD's.

A collection of educated, upper class women complaining about how sexist this country is. Feminism is for women who have no concept of accountability. I guess its easier to blame men for everything. In fact, it seems the only time women unite is to bash men. Otherwise, women generally don't like one another.

As a male grad student at the University of Chicago, I see firsthand the remarkable contributions of women in the academic environment, and I am encouraged by the caliber of these contributions from young women in particular. The tide is turning. The widespread inequity your organization is fighting will in coming years seem as incongruous with an enlightened society as the racism and disenfranchisement of previous generations now seem. Keep fighting. Many of us men applaud your efforts.

Stop kissing ass. There's zero need for political correctness. Worry about your own gender and stop buying into the feminist propaganda that all women are victims of the 'evil' patriarchy.

A great informative video.Women need to receive the income that the education warrants and recognition for the ability to perform the job.The women depend on the income to pay for the education they have worked so hard to achieve.I am proud of the women that have contributed to making this possible through the establishment of AAUW.

Amazing. College students are 57% female. This disparity is expected to further increase in the coming years. Yet these whiners are still out there playing the victim. When will there be equality? When there are no men in education at all?

As stated in the video, equity goes far beyond college and getting a degree. If you think equity isn't still an issue, you are living in a fantasy world. I found the video enlightening and hopeful, not at all "whiney".

We have to get boys into single sex education. Women and girls will never stop playing the victim. The AAUW will make sure of that.  In order for women and girls to be the victim, boys and men have to be monsters. You could never have had the short changed girls, without over privileged boys. Getting boys out of the toxic atmosphere that the AAUW has created in our educational system must be a national priority!
