This is my 2004 Hyundai Sonata in which I just installed aftermarket Xenon HID's into. As you can see by the video they look great, shine far and will last many years. Since the Hyundai's stock headlamp housing already contains projectors, they did NOT have to be retrofitted. I also installed 3,000k yellow HID fogs. Same projector deal with the fogs. Place of purchase was www.vvme.com

  • Did you purchase digital slim ballasts or the regular ballasts?

  • the regular ones

  • what does the cut off look like?

  • hmm yeah I should have gone the other way too I guess. When you turn these lamps off, they turn off instantly. Unlike regular stock filament bulbs which you can visibly see a "fade" as they turn off. With these, the lighter goes out, the gas turns off, and it's instant.

  • 1:32 they're def. blue. The camera I shot this with isn't a professional camera, plus it's dark out, so the blue the camera records is more of a halo around the lamp than the lamp itself. Such is not the case in real life tho

  • Hey your from NY too lol

  • Ice blue is 8000k not 10000k

  • I've got an 05 Sonata with 3000k foglights and 6000k low beams. The problem is, the fogs wont ignite, did you have to do anything special to get them to work?

  • i have 30,000 in my sonata

  • you video is awesome! a lot of details.

I just purchased a pair for my 2006 sonata.
