@AryanMithra u mention traditons:just tyrpe persian shirazi, isfahani, other dance in youtube and see also theire traditional clothes of shiraz(capital of far province of iran) u see its exaclty like this video.while type baluch u see its has not even 1% similarity of dance, clothes, looks, kurdish also look difrent in dance and clothes
@AryanMithra and its very wrong to say talysh, baluch, kurd are medes language or dilect bc<if you check the family tree of iranian languge you will see that medes itselfe was a seprate dilect while talysh is seprate, kurdish is seprate, baluch is seprate so how they can be medes while medes is another branch and not even undrestandble by thses!??
Assyrian records, which in fact provide the earliest evidence for Persian and Median presence on the Iranian Plateau, give a good chronology but only an approximate geographical indication of ancient Persians. In these records of the 9th century BCE, Parsuwash (along with Matai of Median) are first mentioned in the area of Lake Urmia .so medes distinct ,and persian itselfe have many words from medes, but there is not even one evidance, expet its distinct 2500 years ago.
@AryanMithra so if talysh are not persian who are!????
talysh, mazani, gilak ar purest persian by tradition, languge, race.they are the only today pahlawi persian speakers.while rest speak dari or farsi(khorasani origin persian)
they are more similarity of taylysh to modern persian than to kurdish, baluch, while kurd speak talysh cant even undrestand but if u speak offial persian a talysh which never staudied official persian can undrestan 90% ,for example i am khorasani iranian which official persian originated from khorasan dari i undrestand talysh songs by 90%.
its same language but diffrent accent:u think persian is just the accent of tehran!???they r only 20 accnts in khorasan
1)which tradition is more similar to those!??what do you mean persian tradition is diffrent ?from which area!??if u look at clothes, tradition of persians gropus:from shiraz, isfaha, yazd, khorasan, mazandaran, gilan ,tajiks, lorsvillages u see talysh dree like them, dance like tham, look like them .
2)azari which azari turk one!??who have diffrent clothes, languge, dance baluch very diffrent clothes and looks,
@sspersian And look at Talysh traditions, those are deffinetely not Persian.
But they are more related to other Median people's traditions; Azeris (In Iran, Azeris in Azeribaijan have forgotten their heritage), Kurds, Balochs and so on.
Ask Talysh people themselves, and see if they identify themselves with Persians, or with they forefather Diyakku and the Medes.
@sspersian Talysh is preety much a direct offspring of Median language! It has nothing to do with Middle and New Persian! It was related to Old Persian, and that's it. And yes, they are still an Iranid people, like Persians. So we're related. B. Habib and G. Asatrian are two researchers who mean they are Medes. Look at Talysh words! They are not Persian, but of Median origin! Spaka = Dog, is a Median word that you still find in the Talysh language.

@AryanMithra and there is no evidance of baluch or kurd being medes either.
