@pickles1447 Star is brightness the band (mostly the brass) represented darkness. The light covered up the darkness. So it ends on a happy note :D

I never understood how someone could not care about what place they made, or how the judges scored them, but after reading the comments I realized that the best part of marching band is putting on a show that people not only appreciate, but really touches people.

:') makes me cry every time I see it. This performance was soo moving, and I was so glad to be a part of it. Oh, and Amanda Drinkwater gave me props on my solo!!!!!!
