@brgimscht The "clicking" is the sound of the igniter sparking - about 3 times per second.

What is the fuel consumption of that engine? You probably will not have much flight time with only 5 gallons. Maybe the FAA will give you a waiver because they are there to help.

@EvlMagus About 7 gallons per hour. Most of my many flights with the 2 cycle are under 20 minutes. No FAA waiver needed - I fly under Title 14, Part 103. A little bit of freedom still left in the USA, flying "O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave".
