The issue everyone keeps neglecting is that Steve Phillips was already suspended by the Mets when he was their general manager for allegations of sexual harassment and for having an affair with a coworker. He was already on a short leash at ESPN to begin with. He is an idiot for doing it again. Didn't he learn his lesson the first time? I think he put himself in a no win situation and ESPN had to fire him because of his past issues.

I disagree strongly. If they were cowokers that'd be one thing but an Employer and Employee is a BIG deal. Just a few episodes ago You guys talked about the Blockbuster manager who asked an employee to see her breast and how that was a horrible position 4 the girl bcuz in the eyes of authority people r fraid 2 say no. Well here you'e saying the opposite & that makes u a hypocite. Employers should never sleep with subordinates. It creates a hostile environment among ALL the workers.
