May 6th 2009 - This video depicts the very first time the owner of clan Zezima (#1 famed chat in RS) met the owner of the clan which maintains a home server in the same world he once called home many years ago.

I hope you all realize that's it's only "power" abuse when a Player Moderator uses his or her actual MODERATING powers to take advantage of unsuspecting or innocent players. The same doesn't go for a simple clan chat. The ranked users and the respective clan chat owners have full right to do whatever they want to within the premises of their clan chat. And no, Jagex doesn't penalize people who supposedly "abuse" their clan chat powers.

@iyammatt This hasn't changed since 2005. Since rule 11 changed without notice from "no scam websites" to "no websites" and every major fansite became mute or ban offense to name.

They did the same thing Feb 2nd when they added "Ban Reinstatement" to the Bans & Mutes page on site. They still have yet to notify players on the main page about the change to buy your way off bans.

When will they EVER inform the main page that bots and RWT is now a Ban Reinstatement for $22.50 since February 2nd 2011? Still awaiting THAT news to go public.
