A few Greek Spartans and some cretian archers hold up against the army's of Gaul, Persia, and Pontus. Its 160 Spartans and 300 archers vs almost 10,000 enemies. Can the greeks hold out? watch to find out.


The original version was with Disturbed Ten thousand fists but their stupid publishing company complained and i had to change the song. So Screw them!

@cocometimber Rome Total War though you should get this mod : watch?v=bUK_Du_wTUY and we can see who is truly strongest. Or I would even pit the Romans against the Parthians, Romans were the Sons of Mars and there is a reason they were able to turn the Mediterranean into a private lake. Imperium sine fine, Roma victrix!

@cocometimber At any rate, however, I have nothing against Iranians or Persians, I am just an admirer of Golden Age Hellenic culture. You have to admit though, the Greeks being able to hold there own against an all conquering empire like the Persians was pretty bad ass (Themistocles was a genius), just like Ill admit the Parthians completely smashing Crassus and his army was cool.

@cocometimber I thought Iran was the shortened version of Iranic which refers to a large conglomerate of ethnicities including Persians, Alans, Ossetians and Pashtuns and such? I could be wrong thought, ill look it up.

@K3yB04dG000n that's just completely false! i am iranian. since the beginning of time, persians have been calling their country IRAN not persia. even those which you see on the map today (tajikestan, uzbekistan, iraq, turkey, syria) when we dominated them, most of them called their nation, iran, not parsa (persia)! we preserved our culture from over 2000 years ago, and still some of us practice the first religion of the world, Zoroastrianism. In conclusion, Iran=Persia(rulers) Rome=Italy

@freakpunk54 yea, they had a reputation that made them feared because they hadnt come across any resistance that had any significance, and they didnt count for much when facing the spartans, and about the stabbing, i bet they had an exercise that meant that they were supposed to jerk off like 4 times a day just to counter the strain ;)
