You sent 20,000 letters to Congress asking them to continue federal bicycle funding. Thank you for your support.

  • Thanks Tim.

  • bikes are the new future!

  • Let's cut pollution and get healthier by RIDING A BIKE!

  • @FltOfTheGrndBnd Exactly. More wasteful spending that we don't need right now.

  • @captwasabi I think you misunderstand the goal of this organization. The goal here is to promote bicycling: a cost-effective, safe, healthy, and environmentally-friendly mode of transportation. The emails that are being sent out by PFB are trying to combat certain representatives/senators attempts to cut down the spending on federally funded recreation and park programs. So the goal is not to focus on new bike trails, but to tell our representatives how we feel about low-cost transportation.

  • We can't create jobs but we're focusing on making sure we have sufficient bicycle paths? Are you freaking kidding me? This and turtle tunnels. No wonder this country is financially wrecked. I'm sending all my representatives a note that if they support this stupidity I will actively campaign against them.

  • Minneapolis is a WONDERFUL bicycling city! Let's get all cities prepared for LESS CARS and MORE COMMUTING via human powered vehicles! Yay for this project. passing it along now.

  • i ride my bike EVERYWHERE! hate cars....
