@jaymac508 He was also developling as a player. When teams let go of players and they go on to do great things those are mistakes, either way you see it. That isn't an idiot speaking that is the truth. Steelers are able to overcome it b/c they have Ben, Pal, Santino Holmes, Harrison..... they draft well and develop talent well. Anyone would say that letting Plex go was an mistake. The guy is redzone magnet.

@blaaket123...well clearly you are an idiot considering the Steelers have won 2 super bowls and have gone to 3...without Plaxico on the team..... was he good on the Steelers? at times yes...but also he had key drops in key games.....they had a choice to either keep Ward or Burress..because they couldnt keep both and IF you dont think they made the right decision....then you are not a true Steelers fan or smart what so ever.....

Letting go of Plex was pretty stupid. The guy obivously was an idiot, but he helped the Giants win a superbowl. The Gaints have not been same since he left. That is one of few mistakes that the Steelers have made. I live in STL and we have made atleast 10 to 20 mistakes in that period. BE happy.

@darkreaper2890... We got rid of Plex because he was beginning to get an "attitude". It wasn't widely known, but that's what was going on behind the scenes. Along with that, he was asking for more money than the Rooney's thought he was worth.
