A developing story at a Walt Disney World.

New 911 calls as yet another Disney employee dies after an accident at one of the theme parks. This is the YouTube video we we're able to find of Anislav Varbanov. He worked as a stunt man for the Indiana Jones stunt spectacular at Disney's Hollywood studios.

Sheriff's officials say Varbanov died after hurting his head during a rehearsal yesterday. The stunt looks similar to this one. When the stuntman jumps into the air, dives over
another performer, and then rolls onto the ground.

Take a listen now to the 911 call for help:

Caller: "We have a tumbler he did a dive roll. I think he landed on his neck ah he uh he's laying on his back right now, we are stabilizing him, the tumblers. We uh, we uh, He can't move as far as I know, I don't know if he can feel anything or not. We've done these a million times, we always have injuries on the stage."

It took eleven minutes for the ambulance to arrive. The performers death is the investigation tonight by Osha.

We talked to a local attorney who has represented some Disney visitors who have been injured at the parks. He points to a lack of regulation that he believes is a part of the safety's issues.

Attorney Ed Normand: "That Disney's liability here is very limited because of the restrictions in the worker's compensation laws that have been passed by our legislature in the past ten years.

If you took this as a airline, but three pilots died, there would be you know, a huge fear that the airline would be shut down. They would have a greater inspection, but you don't see that here and so it is concerning."

Amusement parks like Disney are not subject to any federal safety inspections. Disney has it's own team of trained inspectors.

This is the third Disney worker to die just this summer.

37 year old Mark Priest died last week.

He worked in the Captain Jack's Pirate Tutorial near the Pirates of the Caribbean. Priest fell and then died a few days later. Doctor's believe a blood clot killed him.

Then it was last month that monorail pilot, 21 year old Austin Oneberg was killed when another monorail crashed.

The National Transportation safety board in Osha have
not released final reports into that crash yet.
