SHOPLIFTING, BULLHEAD CITY AZ 8-25-2011

Billy Wayne Phillips, 33, was arrested at New Life Games
1159 Highway 95, on a shoplifting charge and
an outstanding felony warrant for failure to appear.

Police say he removed slot machine coins from a machine.
He was taken to the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.
