I was lucky enough to actually have "private lessons" with Mr. Rolly Brown back in the 70's. We practiced White Crane Kung Fu together and I would help him with WCKF . Rolly would tell me that just learning tab is not learning the guitar, but I just wanted to be able to play some of the stuff he did..I was stupid for not taking advantage of this knowledgable, talented, dedicated guitar player..I am now retired and have the time to really learn the guitar and these vids are all anyone needs!!

Hey Rolly. I was wondering (or anyone) I have a hard time muting the strings that aren't supposed to be played. Can anyone explain that to me??

Usually it's easier to mute the strings than to not mute them. Just relax your left hand a bit more than usual.

Hey, It's me, Rolly! I just wanted to take a minute to thank all of you for the kind words that you've written regarding this and the other 6 instructional videos I have on Youtube. It's gratifying to know that so many people have watched, and hopefully learned, from these videos! Thanks again, and keep on pickin'!
best,
Rolly Brown

this is way to fast for my students

That's why I suggest using the "pause" button. The video is, of course, not for rank beginners, but for folks who are ready to start exploring the whole fingerboard. Other than that, it's only as fast as you make it. If it's appropriate, have your students practice just the C7 chords daily for a month or two before moving on to the other chord families.
Hope this helps.
