I always pronounced it 'deh-dear-ah' and 'a-kat-su-ki'/or 'Ah-cat-sue-key' if that makes more sense. But then again, I don't follow the Anime very closely so the pronunciation doesn't matter as much to me. How you assume things are pronounced depends on your accent, for example, a person with an American accent would pronounce it differently to someone with an English accent...
...it is confusing, though X.x

ahhaa ya O.o did you know rubix got suspended as well as fiora party! this is horrible! youtube is starting to ban people who make naruto vids and i dont wanna be next, i dont have all my vidds saved on a cd, only a few O.o
