@OffTheGlass87 well... they do have success in foiling bomb plots, now... compare their costs to the cost of the USA, which actually uses the military extensively for this.

Considering that a "terrorist" is undefined, means that the supposed offence towards group b and where b could be anyone, is a act of terrorism on its own [a declaration of force join to a questionable group or face to be marked as a terrorist and suffer loss to your freedom and well-being (classical nonsense of a corrupt and sick system of rule)]. @OBSysteme meanwhile the attack (9/11) never came from a county, but an organisation. other countries that are very efficient egainst terrorists like france and britain use their police and secret services to combat terrorists on homeground and in foreign lands, they don,t tipically use the armies and go occupy civilians whith all the ills that the brings (killings, rapes of woman, roberies, etc...)
