MCR.., daws can be demanding and are similar in intelligence to a small child. You'll need to spend a lot of time with one, and be prepared to have it for many years. I don't know where you're getting yours from, but bear in mind that it's illegal to take a wild bird from the wild or to bring it up to be deliberately imprinted. The ones I know were either found as abandoned nestlings or taken in because they were hand-reared then released, and were causing a nuisance.

how lovely! Hes gawjus! i dont suppose you could give me a few jackdaw tips? I'm getting mine next spring and the internet isnt much help, im getting all of my info from my dad, hus a bird man, and had 2 jackdaws as a kid, but he cant remember everything. Give me some tips?
