@davlber221 Dumbo!! beauty is not the color of skin but the mind that one has, the personality that one carries, and an ability to express the correct attitude with words at the correct time & Miss India was the best, Chelsi was spontaneous but her top 6 and top 3 answers had similar lines.

Miss India was just butt ugly! Venesuela should have been in the top three. But the best girl won. Chelsi was and is a gorgeous girl with great intelligence. Just a beautiful young lady!

I dont know much about pagaents but is the winner based on the overall standings? so even if you you do really well in like the interview but you dont do that well in swimsuit or evening gown you might not win?

@HotlantaBoricua The judges were told to evaluate the winner based on their overall impression of her that evening, not just the final question. That's how Miss USA won. She was out in front all evening.
