No, the synchronization data is sent by the computer (D2XX Enttec open DMXUSB driver). If you want to work ofline, you have to write the program.

have you programmed anything in your atmega because i have to make one for my school that keeps on going after disconnecting the usb cable, if i manage to do that i pass this year xd
