Would you want a trooper to leave his 4 county patrol area for a 4 hour round trip to deport one migrant field worker who will just come back? Imagine the cost of doing this every day. There are 900 troopers in GA. At night there may be only 1 trooper covering all wreck calls for several hundred square miles. If you want GSP to deport these people then be prepared to pay for it.
