  • Hey steve on food labels for the nutrition facts do the total number of calories per serving also include the calories in the fat and carbohydrates ? or is it not added

  • @SubZeroSkyLine YEs, they are included

  • @JKPilloud Dude, I've made 250 free videos on weight loss. I have over 100 free pod casts on weight loss. I had a live free radio show in Clear water on weight loss. How much more time do I have to give away free info? I answer a lot of questions on You Tube for free AND I have a membership weight loss site where members get ALL their questions answered.

  • @milkshakeburrito No, it doesn't. ANY liquid rehydrates.

  • LOL...I work in an office with about 6 women. We go through an 18L of water every 2 days. They're all chugging back the water like there's no tomorrow, and yep...ALL are overweight or downright obese. WTF is with that. Glad to hear an expert and I don't feel so bad about not downing that 8-10 glasses of water a day and spending 2 hrs of it in the loo!!

  • i enjoyed this vid

  • Some of you guys, I swear.... It's not the water that's doing the trick. Someone said that you drink water before eating to trick yourself into thinking your full... It's not the water, it's that you ate less because you were filled with water. The other way you lose weight by drinking water... The only thing I could think of is if you replaced your sugary caffeinated soft drinks with water. Again, it's not the water, it's that you stopped taking in all that sugar and calories an such that came

  • @readytorockithard23 he never once said in this video that it's good to drink any of those to hydrate yourself. He even says that those things have calories and that because they have water in them, they DO hydrate you, but he never says that it's ok to hydrate yourself with them. Feel free to prove me wrong

  • @backpacking15 what did u do and how???

  • @BodyPerformanceTV well that's not true alcohol and salty water wont hydrate you

  • But if your urine is yellow, isn't that a sign that you're not drinking enough?

  • dont drink that cola and those artificial beverages too much, those will dehydrate u. usually about between 1-2 gallons of water per day is good

  • The Math doesn't work. I drink 6 of my 32 oz. jugs of water a day. My body warms this up to 98.6 degrees (37 C). A 'calorie' as used in the food-world is that amount of energy required to raise the temp of a Kilogram of water 1 degree C. My 946 gm's of water raised from say 50 to 98.6 (10 to 37 C) is burning 25.5 calories just warming it up before I pee it out. Multiplied by 6 is 153 Calories and that isn't even counting how it increases the efficiency of wast-removal making your body eff.

  • people don't listen to this man on this topic....according to him its ok to drink colas, coffee and fruit juices to hydrate yourself.....ARE YOU KIDDING ME STEVE!!!
