The customer who submitted this video owns a retail outlet store. He thought it would be a good idea to invest in the Logitech video security system. His store is in Charlotte, NC and his office is in Cincinnati, OH, so he is able to monitor the store from his desk or even on his Verizon Smart Phone whenever I travel. The camera is mounted inside his store, providing a panoramic view of the entire store.

Recently, a customer had her wallet (containing a substantial sum of money) stolen from her purse while in the store. The Charlotte/Mecklenburg Police were notified and investigated. His staff cooperated completely with the police investigation and were able to retrieve the exact video documenting the theft occurring by another customer in our store. The staff provided the police with a copy of the video segment and this was most helpful in identifying the thief.
