Not sure if anyone has asked this or not but what brand of yarn are you using in this tutorial? It's very pretty!! And thank you for the tutorial! I love this headband....looks super cute on my twin girls! :)

There are so many variables in this pattern. Sandimoore, if it is too long for the child or adult that you are making it for, you can either work less rows or use a smaller hook or finer yarn. These are some of the ways to make the head band smaller.

I always use yarns that say "soft" on them, because it is softer on my fingers to crochet with. The elasticity comes from crocheting a narrow width and doing many rows instead of crocheting only 3 or 4 very long rows-- does that make sense?
