Go SU!!! I graduated from SU back in the EARLY 80's, when the Cheering Exhibition was held in the Malls. WSSU ALWAYS had the BEST Cheering Squad. I'm not here to knock anyone's squad, back then the best squad's were 1. WSSU, 2. VSU 3. JCSU and NCCU. All of these other squads, St. Aug, Bowie, FSU, Shaw, etc use to do corny back in the day HIGH SCHOOL cheers. I have to give these squads credit for improving their cheer game because they were a big joke back in the day.

As a former Shaw U Chi Chi (01-05), I must say that WSSU always set the mark high. Great job!!!

saint aug did there thing ;; wssu -- did ok but i seen better from them and as you see shaw exhibition video isnt up, because they are a MESS !!! ... st aug n vsu and wssu took this exhibition

@SAC010 -I am not here to get into the back and forth debate/petty arguements. You think VSU woo woo did a great job, So do I....In addition, I think WSSU did an Awesome Job as well. For futher elaboratio to your " no one wears a uniform except WSSU", that is A.O.K. We definitely take pride, in keeping to OUR tradition and that is to wear a traditional "Cheering" uniform. We leave the theactrics to all others. Also, we DID have a theme. Look closely you will see "Cheering"! E-nuff said!

OVERALL, the entired Exhibition Sucked. My top contenders of course would have been WSSU, VSU, St. Aug and then Bowie. Everyone else sucked. FSU- nothing but Jabbawacka Intro from America's Best Dance Crews All-Star dance off, Shaw/LC/Lincoln University. WTHELLLLLLLLLLLL!? JCSU was very rude to make their entro onto the floor while St. Aug were performing. St. Aug has stepped up their game. I saw the style influence but I will take it as a compliment!

I'm a BRONCO all day everyday but I can appreciate a good performance. That was definitely enjoyable. I had to rewind a few times. Them motions were tight a& those shakes were nice. Knowing the history & the past of the exhibitions is key. In the late 80s & early 90s all of the teams were performing in their actual cheerleading uniforms. Mama told me "if you don't have anything nice to say then don't say anything at all.. so I won't comment on a team who I love & have a great respect for VSU...
