If you are looking for a less expensive way to deal with your "Monthly Friend", or Aunt Flo as I like to call her. Then consider this option. It may not be a total replacement for you but it will cut down on your bill and use of pads and tampons and you will NOT be using that sea urchin sponge or algae sponge option at all.
