i love religious wise words. they are so comforting. but they are not real. or else there would be no miserable ppl, no ruined lives n no torture. they say there is a good plan n it'll all work out...its obvious it doesnt

@Rachulie Just because their are miserable people doesn't mean "religious wise words" aren't true. God gives everyone tests in life, but He promises to give nothing more than we can handle. Bethany was able to take a horrible situation and turn it around. She is able to outreach to millions of people because of what happened to her. God has a plan for everything and everyone.

@SoulSurferFilm that's nice, and i'm not trying to be rude in my comments, but what about another famous teen, anne frank. she was strong like bethany but she was given more than she could handle by far. "nothing we cant handle" i've heard that a lot. yet what about genoicides all over the world and through history. holocaust? what about them and what they can handle? jesus never said life would be fair, i know, but wise words like the above stated just dont prove true.

@Rachulie Anne Frank is an incredible story, and even though she didn't get to share it, she was used. And I know a lot of things aren't fair. And things like the holocaust are horrible, and i honestly don't know why things like that happen. But just having faith in Jesus can help you through it. I have had a miracle happen to me. Because I had faith and trust in God he could heal me and He did. There is no other way I could have been healed.

@Rachulie the holocaust was caused by our doing. God couldve stopped it in a momment but He didn't. And i dont know why. What he does happens for a reason. God was with all those victims of the Holocaust. Just because we ask for God to heal everything and make our lives perfect, doesnt mean he will. We dont deserve it. Those 'religious words' are real, they come from the bible, and dont tell me that the bible isnt real because it is.

@Rachulie i understood that our hope is not in this life. i mean, we got conforted by these words not because i'm waiting for something good to happen in my life. in this life. but even if everything went wrong here, i'm hoping for my new life in Christ, you know. Sometimes things just wont fix up here (persecuted christian who should talk about that, for example.) though they are suffering, their happines doenst come from the circumstances, it comes from God. See?
