This is the complete show from the Catalyst in Santa Cruz in March 1987, featuring Ry Cooder and the Moula Banda Rhythm Aces - as filmed by Les Blank and shown here in the UK on Channel 4's The Late Shift. The film, as far as I know, was never officially released on DVD - and this post is by request (and because YouTube now allows me to upload much bigger files). This is fantastic! I'd love to trade for a high-res copy of this. I have photos of this band I shot myself from 1987 at Wolfgang's in SF and Laguna Seca (opening for the Dead). Ry's even wearing this same shirt at the Wolfgang's show!

This is fantastic. I'm a recent fan of Ry since ten years ago and have collected several albums of his. How can I get a copy of this ? This is a must for me so what does one have to do to get this copy ? please respond. And is there a video of Ry and David Lindley "Live At Eel River" . I have the audio of Eel River. Trade anyone ?
