no, it's sung by "Sakurakko Club" 0:46, anza was one of the members, the other member was Ayako who played mercury, not sure if there was other member played the musical. This was a big group which contained of around 37 members (may not be at the same time). Do a search on other vids, you will be able to spot them from the group of girls.

yes it was recorded long before by DALI, but as the S season came around, they rocorded the song and anza and the rest were in it

This song was recorded long before the Sera Myu musicals. Moon Lips doesn't contain any of those actors.
