  • My body is a result of everything I do in my videos. Sometimes I don't go to the gym then I work out at home, in the park....

  • @adventureing - yes I flew to Cuba and back recently. I also climbed coconut trees, picked some coconuts for my friends and I. We drank the coconut juice to get the energy to fly back to Canada :) How about you, my friend? I am sure you fly too...

  • Yes I take kung fu and no I don't take gymnastics. I managed to perform those gymnastic task through my fitness ability.

  • Wow dude, that must feel awesome to be able to do things like that. Those swinging dips look like a lot of fun! I'm sure they're not so fun on the shoulders lol. You are fn RIPPED! I bet you motivate some of your neighbors. I wish I lived next door to you, seeing you bust your butt everyday would be motivation enough (next to the 8 pack abs hahaha).
