I notice something every time I watch your videos from a big girls' point of view. First I noticed the space in the chair NOW I noticed YOU'RE CROSSING YOUR LEGS with ease! I'm am so happy for you!!! When did you notice you could do that?

Its crazy, I find myself doing all kinds of crazy skinny girl stuff, just naturally, I notice it sometimes. The other day I was sitting in the car and all of a sudden I looke dat Joel and said "Oh my god! i am breathing through my nose!" See i used to breathe really loud through my mouth, some people called me darth vader in massage school. I was really embarrassed. So many changes...

omg the way you wear your uniform is so cute! that's one of the MAIN things i hate about being fat - i don't feel like i can express my personality with the available clothing options... now i know others will totally disagree with me, but that is how i feel. At age 31, 5'11" and 307lbs, I would look like there was something wrong with me if i tried to wear knee socks... but one of my colleagues is my age, about your size now, and still looks adorable.

I think turkey is an awesome grand idea and it has less fat that chicken.. Go for it!

I use turkey sausage in my black beans because it has a kick, I use ground chicken in my chili and other dishes which I imagine it is alot like ground turkey because it can absorb the flavors of garlic or chili seasoning and be anything I want. I never even miss ground beef or red meat for that matter

You are adorable! But you always were, you know that. I have been watching your vids and so inspired. I like the uniform. So cute! I also massage & like chili too. Never had the operation, though. Was wondering about the vertical scar. Did your doctor have to do it like that because of the loose skin? I know nothing about this, so please excsuse my ignorance.

your sooooo silly, we are alike in a lot of ways, i also like to be different. my daughter wears her hair like you have it in this video. also, i have a mexican chili recipe. if you are interested. great job on your weight loss.

I love chili so much and i'm going to so try that recipe... How much chili is a serving size? a cup? i'm not a gastric bypass patient so I think I may eat a bowl of chili...
