Idk when KC did this, but we are doing it again this year and we might have an oboe, and I'm doing piccolo and it is slower

That flute solo was supposed to be an oboe solo but there was no oboe so, since both oboe and flute are 'C' instruments, they gave an oboe part to a flute player.
