The only major differences I see between the two is that parkour is more about efficiency and speed, and free running is more about style.

i agree wit wut u say bout tht punk in the collar, but parkour and free running both came from the Art Of Movement which was developed by the Yamakasi, which at the time included David and Sebastian, it was only after they left that david developed parkour and Seb developed freerunning, though the 2 disciplines are now both varied with pk being slightly more disciplined, they both orinate from the same thing!

how do you exploit parkour? hehe. I didn't realise it was a tangible thing, you can't see it, touch it, hurt it. Also why is the practising of parkour limited to certain people? It can be done by anyone in almost any setting, who cares if Jerds is wearing a business outfit. When Jerds says Parkour and Free Running are the same, why not? It is after all only semantics, a vault in Parkour is the same as a vault in Free Running although one may be for purpose and the other for expression.

wtf Jerds. U talk so much shit, you're either misquoting the words of others or just spinning lies. U say parkour and freerunning are the same, you fucking moron. You're just another businessman trying to exploit parkour, you stand in front of scaffolding with a water bottle in hand trying to seem like you're a real traceur but you forgot you were still wearing a collar and business pants. stop pretending you care about parkour and run your business without showing your face to the rest of us.
