Chanterelle French Restaurant in Twickenham

Set about a 30 second walk from Twickenham station is Chanterelle, a new French restaurant opened early June. Jerome Adolphe, the chef/owner, obviously loves creating food and ambience to transport his diners in to a 'dream', releasing them from their current reality for a couple of hours while enjoying his gorgeous food. This is a place to keep your eye on, with changing menus, and special food and wine tasting evenings. I tried a plate of scallops with a bouillabaisse jus which was superb. The interview with Jerome is longer than I intended but I was a bit in rapture with his French accent. Mous, the Gen. Manager is a delight too, and will make sure you are well looked after.
This is an excellent place to eat in Twickenham.
