it depends on your hair type too...my hair is already kinda good and not rough so soon as i put it in i had to take it out.....WATCH WITH KIND OF s-CURL U GET ALSO....FOR ROUGH HAIR GET SUPER....FOR HAIR THAT ALREADY KINDA CURL GET REGULAR.....I PUT IT IN MAYBE LIKE 20 days ago....and i got my hair sylin spray... and wearing my shower cap.....IMMA BE GUD

@xman44646 just make sure you dont shampoo your hair for a while (i'd say like a week or 2) before relaxing your hair, and to relax your hair after a hot bath. Hot water will open the pores on your scalp
