A couple of things that strike me odd about this otherwise great video:
1. She was cut off before she was done talking, the band starts up. Probably the stage manager trying to make timing for commercials work out. Judy wasn't from the world of TV and probably didn't keep that in mind, but the slight sure does show on her face when they start.
2. The band is too loud in the mix, but it was live so there was nothing they could do about it other than turn up her mic, which they should have done.

The Man That Got Away is Judy Garlands song............... No one covered it again quite like her. I have Cher singing it Liza but Judy owns it more and more as she sang it to the world that she visited through out her life. GOD I miss good music thank GOD for u tube I go back to when my Mom was here and hearing her always on the turn table.Record player back then.L.O.L. Rest in Peace Judy GOD knows you gave us your all and more.No one has done it since..................

Look at how sad she looks, just for a second, when she looks at the camera after the line "The dreams you've dreamed have all gone astray." It's heartbreaking.

I could watch this for hours. Gorgeous and so haunting at the same time.

@skuqem You are right screw Grace Kelly come on how could they pick a role like that over Judy's her version of a star is born is considered one of the best cinematic masterpieces its a masterpiece ,yes Judy Garland was a great singer but damn it she was one heck of an actress ,in drama classes in college or high school I think her mannerism and acting style in that film should be studied. Also the man that got away is an underrated Garland song and standard.

This far surpasses the version from the movie, and I would have called *that* version un-surpassable.
What a voice and what a loss, and at only 47 years young. RIP You live on in your music.
