Cleans your Kidneys, thus is good against Water Retention, makes you sleep, good for Insomnia, clears the Liver, good for Memory, boosts the Brain, has Acetyl-choline which is a brain-type Alcohol
Drinking it every day in addition to being a Vegetarian/Vegan, would be the road to ultimate health.
I use Xylitol "sugar" as of late, it bypasses Insulin.
HAWTHORNE Berries powder + Leaves with Flowers, is a Gift from the GODS.
I would call that the #1 Herbal in our natural alternative medicine chest.

that was brilliant, thank you very much. I am hoping to make blackberry syrup that can be diluted and drank. Do i need to add preservatives ?

On the plate, what you're testing if it has the right viscosity in order to be jam. (Just a helpful hint!!)

@rickvanman u cleary said sugar 1.95kg on 7,00 mins mark

Rick, Ate many of these when I lived in South Wales. By the way, they are good for your heart.
Dont you think making a syrup in kind of counter productive to say the least as the hawthorn berries lower blood sugar levels and over 1kg of sugar is alot.

@treverbettis Syrup or jam? The syrup doesnt have any sugar in it - the jam - you only consume small quantities at a time

Hi Rick. A quick question... I have an iPad and have your RickVanMan channel and your RicksDiary channel both as subscriptions. Don't know if you have any idea why but the Ricks Diary one will not work. It did originally but has now stopped. I've removed and re-added with no success. Don't suspect there's anything in the settings at your end that can be changed?
