Um..latest update... such an embarrassment, the Jones case fell apart due to the fact she is a proven pathological liar with numerous false rape allegations. There wasn't a rape, drugs, beating... nothing. It wasn't lost, it was just never there. No charges were ever filed. The whole thing turned out to be just another liberal boondoggle, making a fool of Sen. Frankin too.

The arbitration includes a non-disclosure clause *and* in this case KBR arranged it so that the "judge" is appointed by KBR. There were multiple cases of rape forced into arbitration by KBR. Subsequent female applicants never heard of them, never heard of the danger they faced, because of forced arbitration. The accused rapist was never seriously investigated and left KBRs employ a YEAR later. What are the odds he didn't hurt anyone else there? Google Charles Boartz

I have been involved in arbitration cases. KBR had no advantage over any other party.
