I have always been a big believer in spotting skills that I think are risky for gymnasts. I think this is one time that my instinct to spot was a good one.

@towlie2110 dude, chill. atleast the coach made an effort to save her rather then standing there with a stupid look on his face. just be happy she really didnt hurt herself. and when youre up on the beam 3 feet can look like 300.
