Aw this is really nice. I just loved their little nod to him putting the trophy on the desk. To be honest I didn't love his goodbye. I wasn't overwhelmed. I think it's nice for the most part that they underplayed it so establish that this is life and people just move on and forward. But, I feel like it needed to be slightly more sentimental IMO. I did love the Jim/Michael moment and the Pam/Michael one. :) Those were great. Lovely work!

@GreysALIASAnatomy yeah I started crying when they did that trophy moment, it was a great ending to see him finally get a real trophy from them and not something he just gave himself : ) And I loved that Creed had his "world's best boss" mug at the end :p I was hoping it would have been more sentimental too, but I think last week with their song kinda made up for that. And now that I know that Steve didn't know about that song, it made that moment even better!!

Your vid just made me want to cry all over again! I was just astonished when I heard he was leaving I am so going to miss him as are the rest of the cast and fans as well. My mom said when the episode was just starting "It's so ridiculous and stupid and this show is so retarded... and yet I'm gonna cry anyways when he leaves." I think she couldn't have said it better :'( Goodbye, Micheal. No one could ever forget the World's Best Boss :')

SHANNON!!! How could you do this to me? I just got over watching the heartbreaking episode and wiping away my tears.. now I'm crying alll over again! I never thought the day would actually come, where Michael would leave, but sadly it did =/ It's gonna be so strange without him. I'm gonna miss him SO much! Steve did a phenomenal job playing him! Steve Carrell leaving The Office = Larry David leaving Seinfeld. The latter jumped the shark shortly afterwards and was cancelled a couple seasons later. Sad to say, but I think The Office is now heading in that direction.
