These Parrots only focus on convenient benefits.

However it's also a weapon of mass destruction.

They refuse to debate the full impact before the EU.

The EU labelled this program as highly dangerous.

Weather modification should be worldwide forbidden.

There is no global warming, it's a myth created by this nuts to fool around with our atmospheric conditions and blame us.

Yeah your absolutely right. In order to change things on a massive scale, its gonna require "a massive global consciousness of sorts". But us here, even these small efforts of dialog or opinions on YT & such have the potential for a large impact. The top 5% can one day be you or I or other globally minded ppl. We can affect change then but also affect change now. Our continuous education of these issues and letting others know in a way that helps them question the status quo is gonna help.

Lmao, when I first put the vid on I thought it was from Mass Effect. Ironic, that HAARP, according to this video, basically IS mass-effect technology.

In 1895 after Nikola Tesla met with JP Morgan about his new discovery of the "Electric Ray" for Worldwide Wireless Energy, Morgan demolishes Tesla's NY lab then pays Tesla $150K to keep quiet on Morgan's involvement in the fire, not for Morgan's investment into Telsa's Wardenclyffe. Before returning from an unannounced 2:30 am dinner at Del-Monico's, Tesla's 5 Story Steel & Concrete Lab was burned completely to the ground. Tesla avoids an assassination attempt.

3;23 As early as 1975-76 the Soviet Union was beaming radio-frequency signals toward North America. Ham operators were picking up the 10-hertz (pulses per second) frequencies which they called Woodpecker signals because of the tapping they heard from extremely low frequency (ELF) waves. It was speculated that his ELF frequency could resonate the neurons in the human brain over great distance, resulting in mood changes in a large part of the population.probably explains all the beached whales.

I like how you think. True, we very well could change, but it'd be contingent on a sizable amount of the population learning about things like the Venus project and be willing to fight. I feel pessimistic towards humanity because there will always be the top 5% who use half the world's resources and would rather plunder for profit. Planned obsolescence, for example, wastes so many resources to produce something that'll be useless in five years, just so they can continue making money. Warranties.

In short: Your argument that it is a dangerous thing because the military has spent millions on it, is an uninformed and unfounded argument. It's a false assumption.

    It's just wrong.

I never claimed anything about someone "inventing" the internet.

I commented on your misconception that the military would never spend millions on something that wasn't a military application (as in "a weapon"). The military HAS spent millions on the internet, and other areas that aren't weapons. By now, they've probably spent millions on shoelaces alone... Consider the Jeep, Walkie-Talkies, communication satellites, etc. - The military needs more than weapons, not all they fund is a weapon.
