It was an SRT8 with a big-bore kit, whipple and all the goodies. It even had CF fenders and hood! I was very surprised to see that shoe-box pass me at the top end of the track! Gotta give the man props!

@wally2714 The rears are good for up to around 500 hp, but hp is not the factor, it is wheel hop. I have seen stock cars blow the third member by staying in the throttle when wheel hop started. Whenever I feel any hop at all, off the throttle. Not worth breaking something.

And for anyone that has done the research: "Are the rear ends notorious for breaking? How much HP/TQ before the rear end gives?

I go by seat of the pants - but around 3700 rpm I believe.
